From the Heart of Ethiopia
Rooted in Tradition
Coffee was born in Ethiopia — high in the misty mountains where wild beans still grow beneath ancient forests.
For centuries, families have gathered around the jebena, the traditional clay pot, to roast, grind, and share bunna — not just as a drink, but as a ritual of warmth, hospitality, and connection.
The rising aroma marks more than the start of a brew — it signals a moment of community, reflection, and respect.
Crafted with Care
At BunnaCraft, we honour that heritage.
Our journey begins in the highlands of Sidamo and Guji, regions blessed with rich volcanic soil and farmers whose knowledge runs deep through generations.
Each cherry is hand-picked at its peak, sun-dried on raised beds, and sorted with patience — the way it has always been done.
We roast in small batches, preserving every bean’s character: the floral lift of jasmine, the bright sweetness of berries, and the deep finish of dark chocolate.
These flavours tell the story of Ethiopia — pure, complex, and alive.
Shared with the World
But BunnaCraft is more than coffee.
It’s a bridge — from the stories whispered in Ethiopian coffee houses to the cups shared around the world.
Each brew carries the spirit of bunna: a story of warmth, connection, and craftsmanship in every sip.
A Story in Every Cup
From the farms where coffee is born to the hands that roast and pour it, our story is one of origin, care, and community.
We exist to share that story — so that with every cup, you taste not only the flavour of the bean, but the soul of where it began.
